I see from the Herald that your bishop's stuck up for you. Quite right too.

Keep on blogging, Father, we're all right behind you.

Te Deum laudamus: te Dominum confitemur.
Te aeternum Patrem omnis terra veneratur.
Tibi omnes Angeli; tibi caeli et universae Potestates;
Tibi Cherubim et Seraphim incessabili voce proclamant:
Sanctus, Sanctus, Sanctus, Dominus Deus Sabaoth.
Patrem immensae maiestatis:
Venerandum tuum verum et unicum Filium;
Sanctum quoque Paraclitum Spiritum.
Tu Rex gloriae, Christe.
Tu Patris sempiternus es Filius.
Tu ad liberandum suscepturus hominem, non horruisti Virginis uterum.
Tu, devicto mortis aculeo, aperuisti credentibus regna caelorum.
Tu ad dexteram Dei sedes, in gloria Patris.
Iudex crederis esse venturus.
Te ergo quaesumus, tuis famulis subveni: quos pretioso sanguine redemisti.
Aeterna fac cum sanctis tuis in gloria numerari.

V. Salvum fac populum tuum, Domine, et benedic hereditati tuae.
R. Et rege eos, et extolle illos usque in aeternum.

V. Per singulos dies benedicimus te.
R. Et laudamus nomen tuum in saeculum, et in saeculum saeculi.

V. Dignare, Domine, die isto sine peccato nos custodire.
R. Miserere nostri, Domine, miserere nostri.

V. Fiat misericordia tua, Domine, super nos, quemadmodum speravimus in te.
R. In te, Domine, speravi: non confundar in aeternum.

Just when we think the modern press cannot possible reach new lows of incomprehensible ignorance, idiots like Bill Gardner come along to prove us wrong. Your postings stand as an outpost of opposition to their pandering to the cultural depravity of our age. While I can appreciate your being weary of the barrage of their lack of understanding, I hope you will find that your continued postings are a source of strength for you and that will provide some new stimulus for you to keep up the 'good fight' against the Evil One and his nasty infiltration of our society. St Paul shared your frustrations but - as St Jerome did after him - found new strength through his temper to keep on fighting. I pray they will intercede for you to find new strength.

I’m sure you are aware by now, Father, that many people are praying for you – and we will continue.

Good to hear from you again!

Please God, all will be resolved for His greater glory.

Great to see you haven't given up, Father.

I have only just seen this as I was too tired to read the blogs last evening and too busy this morning.

Nonetheless you were, and are, still in my prayers.
