So many seem, absent-mindedly, to get married in their petticoats.
She does look bridally radiant with her proud new husband. Best wishes to the couple for a long and happy marriage in faithfulness to the Church.georgemnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31069882.post-48837596752429400372010-05-28T22:30:27.104+01:002010-05-28T22:30:27.104+01:00Well done Father Ray,I do feel that you have broug...Well done Father Ray,I do feel that you have brought some life back into St Mary Mags.

Together we will defeat the HEATHEN,I just hope we can do it without too much radicalism & censorship.nickbrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09803733028691380861noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31069882.post-91206062671429260872010-05-28T22:26:51.613+01:002010-05-28T22:26:51.613+01:00Those who fast do so for the sake of those who fea...Those who fast do so for the sake of those who feast? Our Lady of Good Success-pray for us.https://www.blogger.com/profile/14746510579669229511noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31069882.post-46751439250380850562010-05-28T20:41:02.024+01:002010-05-28T20:41:02.024+01:00Is the Maid of honour on her cell phone? Is the Maid of honour on her cell phone?Jackie Parkes MJhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16693505024823229152noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31069882.post-64363772676741469422010-05-28T20:01:36.376+01:002010-05-28T20:01:36.376+01:00It certainly does make sense. Granted anyone can baptize, and a couple actually by their mutal promise "do" the sacrament (under the auspices of mother church, of course) -- it needs a priest to do all the rest.
You're there for the best and most intimate part of a person's life, acting as persona Christi for them.

Sad to say, in too many parishes now one has to "die in office hours" to get last rites - and the real mark of a really good priest is one who will try and get there come hell or high water when that time comes.gemoftheoceanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05521207668262592414noreply@blogger.com
