This is by Niccolo Jommelli, obviously with a neo-Gothic Church we won't have something quite so baroque, but it would be good occassionally.
However nothing quite evokes this feast like this.

Far too operatic in my humble opinion for performance in church!
This morning's plain chant of the Veni Creator by the choir was so perfect - it really was beautiful. I am sure we all left with lowered blood pressure!
And ending with the beautiful hymn to Our Lady for the month of May was a real treat too. It was great to see the new converts also.
