Prayers Please

I have just had a lady I married a little while ago come to see me, she is having twins a  boy and girl. She has been told that the girl is fine  but her son has a problem which means his lungs have not developed, he will die shortly after birth.

Prayers promised. May I suggest that she contacts the FSSR Community at Golgotha Monastery, Papa Stronsay, Orkney, who have a special devotion to St Gerard Majella, Patron Saint of expectant mothers. They also have special relic(s)of St Gerard which they send out to mothers- to-be, on request. They can be contacted through their website 'Transalpine Redemptorist at home' ---http://papastronsay.blogspot.co.uk/
God bless.

Reference to my earlier comment. If the lady concerned has difficulty in locating the website of the Transalpine Redemptorists, she will find it- as a link, on other blogsites, including my own 'umblepie'.

Deo gracias!

God has give this family a chance at having a child and a Saint.

The one baby will die when God says; doctors have no way of pinpointing death's hour.

It's like trying to measure darkness.

As Catholics we should understand the prayers and weeping of this mommy can change God's plan.

God bless our Catholic mommies!

Like Umblepie said.

Boys have a harder time in the womb than girls. Lord have mercy.

p.s. I forgot that if the womb were a place where institutionalized murder were not par for the course my former comments are true.
