Is the bishop wearing buskins or is that trick of your camera Father?
I think not, Father.
Buskins !!
Does any bishop anywhere still wear such things ?

Dr Wright,
The Church? The ordination photographs were taken in the courtyard of the English College Villa.
What neat pictures. My first time abroad when I was 17 we went to Italy, and my dad and I made a side trip out to Villa D'Este. It rained off and on all day, and we got some fun snaps...including one from just about where you are standing in pic number 2!! It's nice to see what it looks like in sunshine.
Fr Paul looks very cool in his shades. Great pics.
