HELP NEEDED
Do you have experience with “Excel”? We have the highest turnover of people anywhere in our diocese, most half of our parishioners stay in our parish for about six months this means we need to take a regular census of the parish. Would you be able to feed the data on to a computer?
FIRST COMMUNION
Pray for Antonio, Joseph, Reuben and Vinkintus and their families, who make their First Holy Communion today

TRIDENTINE MASS

Today at 4pm

REMEMBER THE CHURCH IS OPEN DURING THE WEEK
It is normally open between 8am and 8pm, I am delighted to see the number of people who come and pray. Do continue to pray to our Holy Patroness for her protection from vandalism and desecration.

WINDOWS BEING REPAIRED
The two windows from the Lady Chapel – the Nativity and the Visitation – are being repaired at the moment, they should be back in place in a 2 or 3 weeks.
The cost will be about £1,500, a lady gave me £200 towards the cost, she had sold a pearl necklace to get the money – many thanks.

CATHOLIC WOMEN OF THE YEAR LUNCH

ST MARY MAGDALEN FEAST DAY
Next Saturday is the feast of our Holy Patroness, as it is a Saturday we can only celebrate her Mass in the morning.
But…
A barbeque will be held next Saturday at 7 pm, after the 6pm Mass, the proceeds will help the Tamil village in Sri Lanka. I hope Fr Xavier will be able to come – he is visiting Brighton and supplying at St John the Baptist.
Cost £5

NATURAL FAMILY PLANNING
There is a course starting next Saturdayat St John the Evangelist Horsham, ring Roy and Louise on 01403 750074. Natural family planning, the only form of birth control Catholics see as moral also helps those who have difficult in conceiving to do so.

MASS INTENTIONS
I have a backlog of about 6 weeks of Mass intentions at the moment, so if you have asked for a Mass to be said be patient.
If you have an urgent intention why not send it to St Hugh’s Charterhouse, Horsham RH13 8EB? Bishop Kieran said a couple of years ago that the minimum stipend should be £10 if you can afford it.
