MORE OF OUR STAINED GLASS
More of our stained glass, the east window is extra-ordinary, it is shame we no longer celebrate Mass facing it, because it is a theological tract on the Mass, Lamb of God is at the centre, above is God, circling around are cherubim and the four symbols of the Gospel, on either sides the choir of elders (from the Apocalypse), caught up in all of this is Fr Oldiham, in a green chasuble, the founder of our Church offering it to the Blessed Virgin who flanked by angels.
He must have had a wonderful vision of what this Church was menat to be, he had it fill with images of angels and saints.
