What has happened to Britain? There seems something very wrong when a television company chooses to advertise along with the latest car and fizzy drink Marie Stopes clinics. The killing of our young is appalling but not quite as appalling as putting it on mainstream television.
Do sign this petition, if you are a telvision watcher write and complain not only to the television company but other adverisers.
SPUC makes other suggestions.

It would be a good idea if Marie Stopes' politics were better publicised. Was she not a eugenicist?
The British Pregnancy Advisory outfit is probably in breach of trades description.
What was done in the dark will be brought into the light father.
This advert is a good thing as it will bring abortion into the public eye which will make it easier to combat.
The Chief Executive for Channel 4 is
Mr David Abraham
Chief Executive
Channel Four Television Corporation
124 Horseferry Road
London SW1P 2TX
I have written to him to tell him that not only will I boycott adverts which are juxtaposed to the MSI ad, but I will write to the chief executives of the companies I am boycotting.
Will it do anything? Maybe. There are rumours that C4 is in trouble financially.
We feel absolutely gutted!
We have spoken to our children (22, 20, 13) about this awful use of television to promote abortion. They are shocked that our country would allow this.
They know abortion happens but they cannot believe that it will be "advertised" on television.
My youngest said, "What was it like when you were growing up?" We just hugged her.
Isn't C4 partially financed from the TV licence tax? If so, another remedy is to stop paying it.
We gave ours up years ago...

There is such a load of substandard rubbish onC4 it's a wonder anybody bothers with it,the Ad-Slots must be so cheap one has time to go to the kitchen & cook a three course meal.My bet is that the Abortion Ad will not be screened.
On the same day, there is the news that 69000 have joined a Facebook group accusing Theresa May of 'homophobic bullying' and she has changed her mind about gay adoption.
Here is an example of a pressure group that gets what it wants. Meanwhile Christians seem to be like Brer Rabbit - lying low and saying nuffin'
Dear Father
Thanks for posting up the link to that petition. Is anyone else having trouble getting their name to register?
Also - we quite agree with James and with David. We gave our TV up 4years ago and haven't missed it one jot!
We get plenty of hassle from the TV Licensing trying to get into our home to ensure we have no TV - but we refuse them access as this is just one more invasion of the privacy of the family.
In Christ
