It’s still unconfirmed, but the strong rumours are now that the first debate in the House of Commons on the bill will be Monday 12 May, with the significant votes (on the most controversial parts) taking place on the 19th and 20th May.

You're right. The Second Reading debate is on 12 May.
If you go to www.parliament.uk and follow "Bills and Legislation"/"Public Bills before Parliament" links under the "Business" Heading, you get a very useful page which enables you to track the process of the HFE Bill through Parliament. There are also links to explanatory documents and the transcripts of debates.
