If you look in some of the pictures he appears to be wearing a pontifical dalmatic.
Our plentiful prayers do indeed go out for +Bp Egan- but why oh why can dioceses not invest in some decent diocesan vestments, rather than polyester bin bags?

The photographer along with all and sundry who poured out of the cathedral was very careful to ignore the writing on the ground... and there's still no response from Portsmouth re the first 40 Days For Life within it's diocese... what's changed?
