Who was the Monsignor at the very end of the procession?
I am not sure but I think it might be Mgr Graham Bell, an American, from Rome.
I think the Monsignor to whom you are referring is Rt Rev Mgr Gordon Read, parish priest of Kelvedon in Essex and Chancellor of the Diocese of Brentwood.
