Many congratulations Father, and may Our Lord watch over you in years to come.

I hope you have a wonderful celebration tonight. I would like to come over for the Mass if time/family arrangements work out, and if there would be room - I seem to remember it is quite a big Church and that you said blog readers could come?

Indeed Fr Ray - ad multos annos to your good self also.

While unable to make it to Brighton for this evenings celebration our family Rosary will be offered for you and for all your intentions.

God Bless you - Brighton is a better place for your apostolate in that great English sea-side town.

The picture of Wonersh reminds me that my own Ordination Group are celebrating our 50th anniversary of the Priest hood with a reunion at Wonersh this Thursday. There are only 6 of us left from the 1959 class led by the present Bishop of Gibraltar Charles Caruana. My own ordination day was the 23rd May and amongst my celebrations is a Solemn High Mass at Maiden Lane on Monday lst June at 6.30pm.

May I congratulate you Fr Blake, your blog is invariably one of good sense and Christian charity? I doubt if I will be around to see your 50th anniversary but I sincerely hope that it happens.
