Do you think they sing anything other Haydn Masses on Sundays in Eastertide in Heaven?
Tomorrow is the 200th anniversary of his death, the Holy Father is celebrating Mass, using one of the Haydn's Masses tomorrow, not sure which one.
Did you know he never composed anything without first saying the Rosary?

I didn't know that. :-D
Father:
There was an amazing 80-minute on BBC4 (the Beeb, of all channels!?) performing Haydn's Seven Last Words in Cadiz. Aled Jones presented it, and it was very, very reverent. If it's on iPlayer, I'd strongly suggest taking the time to watch/hear it.
But if Paul Inwood never composes two notes without confessing and receiving communion and fasting for a week, does that make the alleluia-ch-ch good liturgical music? ... jus' wonderin' ...
