Daniel has a piece on the light show at Amien Cathedral, through lazer technology the splendour of the painting of the Middle Ages is restored to the porticoes, it is well worth a visit if you are in northern France this summer. I saw it a few years ago. It was breath taking.

Wowwww!!!! That actually looks much more appropriate! All of a sudden Northern Europe links to the colours of San marco's frescos. After all, if gothig interiors feature such polychrome decoration, why shouldn't we expect the same for the exterior? I like it! Lets make it permanant.
