That's a great video. Thanks.

Dear Father
I was fortunate enough to obtain a ticket to the "Scavi"; it was the most intense pilgimage I have ever made. To kneel and see St Peter's bones directly underneath the High Altar at St Peter's after walking through the Roman Necropolis in which he was buried is one of the great moments of my life.
Thanks for the reference! I enjoyed the videos myself and have found a lot of great ones from Gloria TV. You have a wonderful blog! Keep up the great job!

This 5 minute clip is from a Public Broadcasting System/National Geographic TV special on the Vatican a few years back, narrated by American actor Martin Sheen. It is a one-hour program and a must see! It shows the history of the Vatican and one modern day with Blessed John Paul II, before his death.
